Terms of Service

The service

Reathy turns text into carousel and document posts you can export as PDF or PNG. Rendering and export happen in your browser. The service may change or improve over time.

Your account

You can browse and edit as a guest, but you need an account to download and to save projects. Keep your login details secure - you're responsible for activity under your account.

Fair use

Please don't:

• -Use Reathy for unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content.
• -Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits or security of the service.
• -Resell or redistribute the service itself.

Your content

You own the text and images you put into Reathy and the carousels you export. You give us only the minimal permission needed to run the service - for example, to store your saved projects and show them back to you. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Plans, billing & trials

• -The Free plan has usage limits (currently 5 slides per carousel and 5 carousels per day) and adds a small watermark.
• -Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or annual) with a 7-day free trial. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the seller (Merchant of Record) and issue your invoice, so any sales tax/VAT is handled for you at checkout.
• -Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal, and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• -Prices may change with notice; any change applies from your next renewal.

Refunds

The free trial is there so you can try Pro before paying. Outside of what the law requires, payments are generally non-refundable. If something's wrong, email contact@reathy.io and we'll do our best to sort it out.

No warranty

Reathy is provided "as is" and "as available". We can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or promise any particular results from posting carousels.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Reathy and its operator aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before it.

Ending use

You can stop using Reathy and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
