Privacy Policy

Reathy is a small, independent project run by an individual developer. This policy explains, in plain language, what data reathy.io collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect as little as possible and never touch your social accounts.

Who runs Reathy

Reathy is operated by an independent developer as a personal project, not a company. If you have any privacy question, email contact@reathy.io and you'll reach the person who runs it.

What we collect

  • -Account data: your email address and a password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider - we never see them in plain text.
  • -Usage data: a per-day count of how many carousels you export, used only to enforce plan limits.
  • -Saved projects: if you're signed in, the text, settings and images in your carousels are saved to your account so you can reopen them.
  • -Payment data: handled entirely by our payments provider. We only store your plan, subscription status and renewal date - never card numbers.
  • -A sign-in cookie needed to keep you logged in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

What we never do

Reathy never connects to, logs into, or posts to your social media accounts, and it doesn't scrape anyone's data. Your carousels are rendered and exported entirely in your own browser.

How your data is used

  • -To run the service: sign you in, save your projects, and apply free/Pro limits.
  • -To take payment and manage your subscription.
  • -To keep the service secure (for example, basic rate limiting).
  • -To reply to you if you get in touch.

Services we rely on

A few trusted providers help run Reathy and may process some of your data on our behalf:

  • -Supabase - accounts, database and file storage.
  • -Lemon Squeezy - payments and subscriptions (they act as the seller/Merchant of Record).
  • -Vercel - hosting.
  • -Cloudflare - DNS and network protection.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your account and saved projects until you delete them or ask us to close your account. You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing contact@reathy.io. If you're in a region with data-protection laws (such as the EU/UK GDPR), you keep all the rights those laws give you, including the right to complain to your local authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), the database uses row-level security so you can only see your own rows, and access is kept to a minimum. No system is perfectly secure, but these are sensible, current practices.

Children

Reathy isn't intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
